"The 2021 Chardonnay Launegild captivates with an intense burst of crushed rocks and smoke that gives way to spring flowers, ground ginger and pear. This is sleek and racy in character, with a reverberation of mineral tension and juicy acidity that maintains fantastic energy and verve. A citrus-spiked green apple crunch remains as the 2021 finishes dramatically long and staining with a salty tinge that slowly fades. Stefano Papetti Ceroni has outdone himself with the 2021 Chardonnay Launegild. This is gorgeous. "

Vendanges manuelles. En partie égrappé, en partie en grappes entières, le fruit macère quelques heures puis est pressé dans un pressoir vertical. La fermentation est spontanée avec levures indigènes et sans contrôle des température dans des tonneaux de 500L en chêne de Slavonie.
Élevage
La cuvée est élevée en tonneaux pendant 9 à 12 mois puis mis en bouteille, le tout sans collage, ni filtration.
